Ron Here!

Afternoon everyone!   it's me, Ron.  Shaylene told me I could post with her on her blog, so here I am.  In the picture I am to the far right if you have no idea who I am.   I have the traditional Reilly red hair.  We all have different shades and my shade is.... well... it's awful.  Did you go out trick or treating?  As you can see I did.   Wade (far left), Chelsey (middle) and I are are huge Harry potter fans and we thought it would be cool to dress up like the characters. 

Can you believe next month is Christmas already?  I asked me sisters what they want and they told me rosary beads.... Shaylene lost her beads, Maeve's beads go broken and Ireland never had beads.   Easy enough, which is good because I never know what to buy me sisters.  Sheamus is easier for me to buy for, a tee shirt or something sporty.  Does anyone have any family members that are difficult to buy gifts for?

Halloween

What are you going to be for Halloween?  I'm thinking of being Ginny Weasley from Harry Potter.   Me brother Ronnie is going to be Ron Weasley, Chelsey is going to be Hermione Granger and Wade is going to be Harry Potter, himself.  I asked me sister, Ireland, who or what she is going to dress up as and she told me she is not dressing up as anyone this year.  She told me she is too busy planning for the Autumn Harvest dance.  Irish step dancing has been fun lately and we may be in a local Christmas parade here around Thanksgiving.   I will keep you posted.  Shaylene

Mum is finally feeling better

Mum had some sort of virus earlier this week but is feeling much better.  She still has a cough but at least she no longer has a fever or the chills.  Thank goodness.   

School starts in a few weeks.  In a way I miss school, in a way I don't.  I miss me friends and some of me teachers.  Me sister, Ireland... she's like a teacher's pet.  Teachers are always comparing me to her.  "I hope you're as diligent in your schoolwork as your sister Ireland is, Shaylene...."   or..... "Shaylene, Ireland was definitely one of my favorite students...."  I hear this a lot.  Why do teachers do this?  I'm not Ireland... I'm me.  Maybe I should do what Sheamus does, just say nothing to them.   Unfortunately Joaquin is going to be in 2 of my classes.  I just hope and pray he doesn't bother with me.   Later..... Hello everyone!

Sorry it has been so long since I have been on here.  Not really much happens in New York... well Upstate NY any way.  Kind of boring up here, not like NYC where there is always something to do.  Me brother Sheamus was walking about Emily today, so I asked him if he really, really liked Emily and he turned a million shades of red.  He really likes her a lot.  I can tell.  Of course, I get beet red too when my sister asks me about Lukah.  Me sweetheart is Lukah.  he's one of the nicest boys I have ever met... very nice, very smart and very good looking.

I've been taking dance classes, well Irish step dancing.  it's been fun, but my sister, Ireland, tells me step dancing really isn't dancing... of course nothing is dancing to her unless if it is ballet.  I don't get along too well with her, but I do get along with me other sisters, Brigid and Maeve.

Dia duit is ainm dom Shaylene.  I am from Dublin, Ireland.  My brother, Sheamus and I just got adopted and now we live in Upstate NY.  We've lived here for 2 years now.  I like traveling, reading, dancing, all kinds of rock music, sleepovers, writing, painting and drawing.  I am hoping to meet new friends from all over!   Bíodh gach duine oíche mhaith!
